Make information easier to find
The next step should not depend on one person remembering every detail. Decide where information belongs and who is responsible for acting on it.

Make the handoff clear
Identify the custom work, ownership terms, account access, third-party costs and running instructions. Agree on ongoing support separately.

Show what the work can actually do
Review progress against the agreed scope. A good-looking screen is not proof of a working workflow, and a project description is not a measured customer result.
