HOW IT WORKS

Show us the work. We’ll help choose the first useful fix.

Start with one frustrating task or an idea worth building. We look at how it works today, agree on a useful next step, and build and test the work in scope.

FROM THE PROBLEM TO A USEFUL FIRST VERSION

From the problem to a useful first version.

01

Show Al one example

What keeps getting missed, repeated or put off? What are you trying to bring to life? An email is enough to start the conversation. Leave out passwords, access keys and confidential customer records.

Bring: what happened last time, who did it, where it stopped, and your workaround.
02

Check what is already possible

Look at where information lives and what your existing tools can do. A useful change may be a clearer rule or an existing setting—not another piece of software.

Decide: the first problem worth fixing.
OPTIONAL

Get the recommendation in writing

The $1,500 Build Plan includes a problem review, a map of the work, a proposed build scope and timeline, and a list of what can wait. It is optional, not a required step before every build. If you choose Kova OS for Phase 1—the first phase of the build—the full $1,500 plan fee comes off your first project milestone invoice (the bill for an agreed stage of work).

03

Agree on the build before building

Name the work included, the cost, the timeline, the information and access needed, and the checks that show it is complete. Decide what stays out of the first version.

Decide: what is being built and how it will be accepted.
04

Review and test the work

See progress as the build takes shape. Test the agreed workflow with the people who will use it, including important error and approval paths.

Review: a working version against the agreed scope—not just a screenshot.
05

Hand it over and define support

Receive the agreed custom work and operating notes. Identify third-party accounts, costs and responsibilities. Agree on any ongoing maintenance separately.

Keep: the handoff information your team needs to run the work.
WHAT MAKES A BUILD USEFUL

A useful tool should make the work easier.

These are the decisions we make with you before and during a build.

Buying software before understanding the problem

Another tool can add another place to check. Start with one real example and check whether your current tools can solve it.

A project nobody owns

Questions and handoffs get harder when nobody is responsible for them. Work directly with Al to agree on the scope and the decisions needed.

Depending on a builder for every small change

Identify ownership, access, operating notes and third-party costs in the agreement and handoff. Decide who will maintain the work.

Trying to build everything at once

Choose a small first version, agree on how to check it, and use what you learn to decide what comes next.

THE FIRST STEP

Bring the problem. Or bring the idea.

You do not need to turn it into a technical brief. Tell Al what happens today and what you want to make easier.
