1. Start with what actually happens
Where did the last inquiry arrive? Who answered? Where was the latest file? Show me what happened—not just how the process is supposed to work.

A useful place to start: show me the part that keeps getting in your way.
An unanswered quote. Customer details entered twice. A website that does not explain the offer. An app idea with no clear first version. You do not need to turn any of that into a technical brief before getting in touch.
I’m based in Chicago and lead Kova OS. Work with me to look at the problem, check the tools you already use, and agree on what is worth building. The work, cost, tests and handoff should be clear before the build starts.

Sometimes an existing setting, a clearer handoff or a shared record is enough. When custom work is useful, define the first version and the checks it needs.
Set out the scope, cost, timing, ownership terms, account responsibilities and ongoing costs. Identify what the team needs to run the work and which support is optional.
Pages, relevant proof and an inquiry path that people can use on a phone or larger screen.
Custom apps and portals for agreed tasks such as client updates, file reviews or trip records. Workflow automation connects supported tools and moves agreed information between them. Functions and connections depend on the scope.
An assistant configured and tested around approved information and tools. Prepare summaries, research, drafts and next steps, with agreed access and review rules.
A shared view of agreed tasks, project updates or business numbers, with clear information sources and update times. The scope defines the data, access, handoff and any separate ongoing support.
Explore team dashboardsA separate service for checking public email-domain signals and configuring approved senders. SPF, DKIM and DMARC can help reduce spoofing of your exact domain; they do not stop lookalike domains, compromised accounts, fake display names or all phishing, and they do not guarantee inbox placement. Public checks are not a complete security audit. DNS changes require written approval.

If you want the recommendation in writing first, the optional Build Plan is $1,500. It covers the problem, proposed scope and cost, and what can wait.
